Inferno HIIT!

  • Temp: Hot (97 degrees)
  • Pace: Moderate to Intense
  • Physical Intensity: Customize from moderate to maximum

Inferno HIIT! is a specialty offering exclusive to Go Yoga! Express. We combine hot yoga with high intensity interval training in a pattern created in our studio, to deliver a workout that challenges even the strongest athletes.

Power Flow Yoga

  • Temp: Moderately Hot (low- mid 90’s)
  • Pace: Moderate to fast
  • Physical intensity: Customize from moderate to maximum

Build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination with creative movement designed to take your yoga practice to new levels, with a variety of flow sequences and poses. These classes combine dynamic movement with beginner through advanced yoga poses, in a warm room. Stretch & Strength
