Kellie Mathes
750 Hour Certified Baptiste Yoga Educator; E-RYT- 500, YACEP® Yoga Alliance Credentials
Kellie has been practicing yoga since 2008.
She fell in love with the discipline while looking for a way to find strength during her battle with breast cancer and the debilitating side-effects of chemotherapy, surgeries and other medical procedures.
Her path has led her to obtain several certifications, teach others to become yoga teachers, own 3 brick and mortar yoga studios, a virtual yoga studio and now a personal growth and development coaching business.
She loves to hold the torch and guide others to find their strength, self-acceptance and inner wisdom, through yoga and self-inquiry, just like she did!
Lisa Struewing
RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Credentials
Lisa was encouraged to try yoga in 2013 with a friend and quickly fell in love.
After nearly 20 years of running she quickly quickly realized the benefit of combining yoga to her daily fitness regimen. Coming initially for the physical workout and finding so much more.
Lisa fully believes in the body, breath, and mind connection and loves the energy shared within a class. Lisa is passionate about inspiring and encouraging her students to find the joy and possibilities of showing up to your mat. Showing up, not to reach perfection or mastery, but continually growing and being challenged.
Lisa is a wife and mom of two and loves to practice together as a family.
Lisa became 200 hour RYT certified under Kellie Mathes and Caroline Wells at Go! Yoga Express in December, 2017. Lisa offers both vinyasa and hatha style classes.
Cyndi Oberle-Dahm
RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Credentials
Cyndi began practicing yoga over 18 years ago as a way to keep her flexibility and strength, and over that time, she has deepened her study by attending multiple workshops and master classes.
She completed her 200 RYT in December of 2018 with Kellie Mathes at Go Yoga Express, finally realizing her goal. Cyndi offers approachable power flow classes as well as slow flow classes that focus more on breath and deep stretching. All of Cyndi’s classes incorporate the mind body connection that serves as a path to deep peace and healing. She hopes to inspire students to find a balance between flexibility and strength, and to use the physical practice to calm and center the mind.
Cyndi is excited to share her knowledge and practice with the yoga community as she believes that the practice of yoga and its myriad of benefits is accessible to all people, regardless of their age or fitness level.
Jenna Showers
RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Credentials
Jenna is a wife, mom of 2 boys and 3 dogs. In her college years and beyond she tried yoga here and there and always enjoyed it, but never found a practice that stuck. After going to the Nantucket Yoga Festival with her sister in 2016, something shifted in her and she felt more drawn to yoga than before and fell in love with her power vinyasa yoga practice. When she first started and for some time after, she didn’t have the strength to do chaturangas and would belly flop to the ground every time. Over time her strength grew and continues to grow today.
Jenna is inspired by the changes she sees in herself and in her students physically and emotionally by having a regular yoga practice. Yoga became her way back to herself after having her children and is one of the places where she finds peace, joy and bliss.
After feeling the call to join yoga teacher training for about a year, Jenna trusted her intuition and took the step into teacher training. She completed her 200 hour RYT certification under Kellie Mathes at Go Yoga! Express in 2018. Yoga teacher training created big shifts and transformation in her and has made a huge impact on her life.
Jenna is passionate about helping people of all ages and body types find their physical strength and emotional shifts to allow them to bring more peace, power and happiness to themselves and to the world.

Highly motivated and ready to work hard? Jenna is a passionate fitness professional, who loves to motivate others to feel powerful and inspired.
She crossed over from the fitness world and tried vinyasa flow yoga in February of 2020.
She instantly fell in love with being challenged in new ways and pushed out of her comfort zone. The combination of power, strength, and flexibility in vinyasa yoga reignited the internal fire she once had as a gymnast of 9 years. Jenna loves helping others feel empowered and strong in their practice.
She completed her 200 RYT in October of 2020 with Kellie Mathes. Join Jenna and help reignite your passion for exercise and yoga!
Shannon Hayden
RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Credentials
Shannon fell in love with yoga as a teenager. She found it was one of the only places were everything felt right. One evening, when her teacher read a quote stating, “control your mind and you control your circumstance”, she realized the immeasurable power of the practice.
After a five day retreat in the jungle of Thailand, Shannon knew teaching was the next step in the process. She holds two Yoga Alliance 200 hour certifications through Pure Hot Yoga in Springfield, Missouri and Brown Dog Yoga in Belleville, Illinois.
Shannon has an enveloping passion and innate curiosity for learning more about yoga and associated practices. As a graduate student in psychology, she had the opportunity to develop research projects exploring benefits of mindfulness and yoga in education. Shannon connected with various practitioners by attending conferences, workshops, and retreats around the world, but no matter where she is at, the practice always feels like home. She believes this aspect of growth and connection is what makes yoga unique.
Shannon is passionate about inspiring others to seek freedom of expression within their yoga practice and tap into the wild spirit that resides within all of us.
Sue Ross
RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Credentials
Sue is a Wife, Mom, Mom-in-Law, Grand-Mom, Daughter, Sister, Niece, Aunt, and Friend, roles she is most proud of. She attributes these relationships and experiences to shaping her into the person she is today.
Sue started her yoga journey in August 2017. Tired of gym workouts, she and a couple friends decided to give yoga a try. Sue was chosen to check out local studios and the friends would select a studio based on her research. Sue believes there is a place for everyone and after walking into Go Yoga! Express, she knew she found hers and she never looked back. The door was open. The people were accepting. The Universe had spoken. She believes that when you are ready, YOU will be found.
Sue developed a passion for Hot and Power Yoga, which combines strength and flexibility. The body and mind strengthen together, building confidence, peace, and a true sense of calm.
She used to wish that she found Yoga sooner, but she’s not entirely sure she would have embraced it. Now, as a graduate of the Go Yoga! Express 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course, she is excited to share the practice with everyone!
Taylor Krisher
Studio Manager
RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Credentials
Taylor tried yoga in 2017 at Go Yoga! Express on a whim after struggling to get back in shape after graduating from college. After her first Some Like It Hot! class she knew this was exactly what she was missing not only physically, but mentally as well. After a year and a half of growing her practice she knew she had to share it with others. She fulfilled her goal and completed her 200 RYT in November 2019 at GYE with Kellie Mathes. Taylor is passionate about encouraging people to show up on their mat, step out of their comfort zones, do the yoga, and change their lives.

She enjoys a vinyasa flow practice that challenges both the mind and body.
